ROCHESTER, N.Y. - U.S. Attorney James P. Kennedy, Jr. announced today that Joseph Delisio, 47, of Rochester, NY, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin with intent to distribute and possession of a firearm and ammunition by a convicted felon before U.S. District Judge Elizabeth A. Wolford. The charges carry a maximum penalty of 30 years in prison and a $2,000,000 fine.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Cassie Kocher, who is handling the case, stated that the defendant sold heroin between September 29, 2017, and April 11, 2018 to individuals working with the Drug Enforcement Administration. Delisio was arrested
