               Lockheed Martin Corporation, Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company, Sunnyvale, Calif., is being awarded a $920,783,000 fixed-price-incentive, cost-plus-incentive-fee, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to provide Trident II (D5) missile production and deployed system support.  Work will be performed in Sunnyvale, Calif.; Bangor, Wash.; Kings Bays Ga.; and Cocoa Beach, Fla., and work is expected to be completed April 30, 2016.  Contract funds – $304,674,000 FY 11 O&NM and $44,000,000 FY 09 WPN funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This contract was not competitively procured.  The Strategic Systems Programs, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity (N00030-11-C-0100).
               Lockheed Martin Corp., Riviera Beach, Fla., is being awarded a $20,000,000 cost-plus-fixed-fee delivery order #­­0003 under a previously awarded contract (N00024-10-G-6306) for engineering services to support the reliability growth effort for the Remote Minehunting System.  The objective of this delivery order is to perform tasks required to upgrade the Remote Minehunting System (RMS) design and vehicles in support of the RMS Reliability Growth Program, to include; engineering services, testing, program management and configuration management.  Work will be performed in Riviera Beach, Fla. (90 percent), and Syracuse, N.Y. (10 percent), and is expected to be completed by September 2011.  Contract funds in the amount of $3,300,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.
               The Camber Corp., Huntsville, Ala., is being awarded a $19,397,932 modification under a previously awarded contract (N00244-07-D-0035) to exercise an option for technical and educational support services to the Naval Postgraduate School’s Center for Civil Military Relations education and training program.  Work will be performed in Kailua, Hawaii (2 percent); Huntsville, Ala. (2 percent); Monterey, Calif. (9 percent); Tampa, Fla. (2 percent); various continental U.S. locations (17 percent); and various outside the continental U.S. locations (68 percent), and work is expected to be completed by December 2011.  Contract funds will not expire before the end of the current fiscal year.  This effort includes services for the governments Austria, Egypt, Indonesia, Singapore, and Saudi Arabia (all less than 1 percent)under the Foreign Military Sales Program.  This contract was competitively procured via Navy Electronic Commerce Online, with two offers received.  The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego, Calif., is the contracting activity.
               Lockheed Martin Corp., Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co., Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded a $6,900,000 undefinitized contract action (UCA) modification to a previously awarded cost-plus-incentive-fee contract (N00019-09-C-0010) for additional recurring sustainment and system engineering sustainment activities in support of the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) Lot IV procurement.  Work will be performed in Fort Worth, Texas (35); El Segundo, Calif. (25 percent); Warton, United Kingdom (20 percent); Orlando, Fla. (10 percent); Nashua, N.H. (5 percent); and Baltimore, Md. (5 percent), and is expected to be completed in December 2010.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md. is the contracting activity.
               Honeywell International, Inc., Defense and Space, Albuquerque, N.M., is being awarded a $6,567,624 modification to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price contract (N00019-09-C-0004) for the procurement of nine T-Hawk unmanned aircraft systems and spares for the United Kingdom under the Foreign Military Sales Program.  Work will be performed in Albuquerque, N.M., and is expected to be completed in December 2011.  Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity.

              Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc., McLean Va., was awarded on December 6, 2010 a $400,000,000 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract between seven contractors.  This award is for an Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery Order contract in for research and development in support of the U.S. Army Research Lab.  Work is to be performed in McLean, Va., with an estimated completion date of Dec. 6, 2015.  One hundred bids were solicited with seven bids received.               McCann World Group Inc., New York, N.Y., was awarded on December 7, 2010 a $75,000,000 fixed-price-award-fee contract. The National Advertising Contract is to provide marketing and advertising support to personnel acquisition and retention programs for the Department of the Army.  Work is to be performed in New York, N.Y., with an estimated completion date of June 6, 2011.  Ninety-one bids were solicited with nine bids received.                CACI-WGI, Inc., Vienna, Va., was awarded on Dec. 6, 2010 a $20,607,019 firm-fixe-price contract. This effort provides Joint Improvised Explosive Devices Defeat Organization (JIEDDO) with policy, strategy, international, and interagency support as well as information technology support.  Work is to be performed in Arlington, Va., with an estimated completion date of Dec. 14, 2014.  Five bids solicited with five bids received.                ITT Systems Corp., Colorado Springs, Colo., was awarded on December 8, 2010 a $17,291,002 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for the maintenance, supply and transportation services in the support of the Army Preposition Stocks-Kuwait (APS-5) and direct theater support for Southwest Asia missions.  Work is to be performed in Camp Arifjan, Kuwait., with an estimated completion date of Feb. 28, 2011.  Bids were solicited on the World Wide Weds with five bids received.                Linc Government Services, Hopkinsville, Ky., was awarded on December 6, 2010 a $15,033,000 firm-fixed-price contract.  The primary objective of the requirement is to obtain a wide range of non-management and technical support services to augment the Mayor Cell units at enduring base camp locations throughout Iraq.  Work is to be performed in Baghdad, Iraq., with an estimated completion date of Dec. 6, 2011.  Bids were solicited on the World Wide Web with eight bids received. Army Contracting Command-RICC-CCRC-RI, Rock Island, Ill., is the contracting activity (W52P1J-10-D-0105).
               Federal Prison Industries, Washington, D.C., was awarded on December 6, 2010 a $11,354,130 firm-fixed-price contract. This order is for outer tactical vests for Foreign Military Sales for Afghanistan.  Work is to be performed in Yazoo City, Miss., with an estimated completion date of May 28, 3011.  One sole source bid was solicited one bid received. U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command Contracting center, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Md., is the contracting activity (W91CRB-08-D-0045).
               Science Applications International Corp., San Diego, Calif., was awarded on December 6, 2010 a $9,879,138 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract.  The overall objective of this task are to provide; environmental support; project schedule and cost controls support; action tracking support; quality assurance support; chemical laboratory and environmental monitoring support; safety, security, training, risk management and surely support; computer and IT support; systemization and operations engineering support; maintenance engineering and trail burn support; administrative and records management support; chemical weapons treaty support; public outreach support, and project management consulting support to the Chemical Material Agency Tooele Chemical Agent Disposal Facility field office in its oversight of the Tooele Chemical Agent Disposal Facility Systems contract and integration among all sites.  Work is to be performed in San Diego, Calif., with an estimated completion date of Nov. 30, 2011.  One bid was solicited with one bid received. Research Development & Engineering Command Contracting Officer, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Md., is the contracting activity (W911SR-07-D-0001).
               The Walsh Group, Chicago, Ill., was awarded on December 8, 2010 a $7,538,788 firm-fixed-price contract. This contract is for the Back to Work Cost for Outsized Cargo Facility, to include replacement of two site work subcontractors that went out of business during suspension of work; and, replacement of fire suppression sprinkler system contractor that wet out of business during suspension of work.  And final claim settlement to complete Outsized Cargo Facility to include all sot for impact for Phase I and Phase II of the Air Freight Freight Terminal through November 6, 2009.  Work is to be performed in Junr.01, 2011.  Thirteen bids were solicited with three bids received.                ITT Systems Corp., Colorado Springs, Colo., was awarded on December 8, 2010 a $6,979,496 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract. The Army Sustainment Command has a requirement to maintain authorized Army pre-positioned stocks and repair and return equipment in Doha, Qatar.  The objective is to ensure equipment is received, accounted for configured, stored, maintained, issued, and readiness is reported in support of the Army’s force projection strategy.  Work is to be performed in Doha, Qatar., with an estimated completion date of Dec. 31, 2015.  Fifteen bids were solicited with five bids received.  DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

               Coast Produce, Los Angeles, Calif.* is being awarded a maximum $9,207,077 fixed price with economic price adjustment, indefinite quantity contract for fresh fruit and vegetables support.  There are no other locations of performance.  Using services are the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and USDA School customers.  The original proposal was Web solicited with four responses.  The date of performance completion is June 15, 2012.  The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pa. (SPM300-08-D-P021).
